2019 Grant Acquittals

Member associations are required to acquit grant funding received in 2019 by 31 December 2019. There is a paper based acquittal or an online acquittal form. Please read about the requirements and process below and contact us if you have any questions.

The following is required when acquitting grants. 

Professional learning grant

Governance grant

National conference grant

Start-up grant

  • professional learning participation information
  • 1 - 3 photographs of each activity
  • 150 word description of the professional learning activity
  • evaluation/feedback 
  • copy of the presidents report and audited financial statements for the current or last financial year - pending when your associations AGM was held. 
  • all tax invoices/receipts relating to spent funds, or stat decs if necessary
  • complete the expense spreadsheet OR upload an excel spreadsheet of expenses (template available) - each expense is listed seperatley 
  • sign off from the treasurer and president.

NOTE: photo permissions and evaluations of Festival of Teaching activities  are not required as the organising committee have this informaiton already.

  • all tax invoices/receipts relating to spent funds, or stat decs if necessary
  • complete the expense spreadsheet OR upload an excel spreadsheet of expenses (template available) - each expense is listed seperatley 
  • sign off from the treasurer and president.

    Process

    1. The association completes and submits the acquittal
    2. The acquittal is reviewed and further information may be requested
    3. When the acquittal is complete the PTANT committee will consider the acquittal for approval
    4. Once approved and if applicable an invoice will be sent to recover unspent funds
    5. When the acquittal is approved and unspent funds are returned the acquittal will be complete and your association pending financial membership will eligible to apply for grants in the following year.
